Your Brevity subscription is associated with your team, whether it is a team of one or a team of many, and can be cancelled at any time. If you proceed with cancelling your subscription, you and your team will still have access to Brevity until the end of the current billing cycle. After that point, you will not be charged again unless you create a new subscription.
To cancel your Brevity Subscription:
- Log in as an administrator of the team
- Select "Admin Panel" using the lefthand navigation menu
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner and select "Manage Billing"
- Click "Cancel plan" in Stripe's interface for the appropriate plan and follow the cancellation flow
- We will send you a confirmation email and a brief survey so you can provide feedback on your experience and let us know how we can improve.
To renew your Brevity Subscription:
- Log in as an administrator of the team
- Select "Admin Panel" using the lefthand navigation menu
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner and select "Manage Billing"
- Click "Renew Plan" in Stripe's interface for the appropriate plan to go through the renewal flow
