How do I update my payment method?

Payments are handled through our payment provider Stripe. In order to access your Stripe customer portal, click on "Admin Portal" using the side navigation menu of your Brevity account, and then the gear in the top right corner, and select "Manage Billing". This will take you to the Stripe interface where you can add a new payment method, delete a payment method if you have multiple on file, and/or update the default payment method.
