How to set up Scripts mode for Assignment practice?

In this article, we will cover how to leverage Script mode for practice and generate scripts with relevant information.

Scripts are verbatim lines designed for trainees to learn role-playing. Script mode is available to support members in practicing an assignment, alongside other support modes: Hints and None.

We can add our Scripts to the Progress Milestones. To add Scripts, click on + Add Scripts in Milestones.

There are two types of Scripts you can add. 

1. Speaker-led Scripts: These scripts are intended for speakers. We may also include optional responses and instructions for AI.
2. A.I-led Scripts: These scripts are intended for the AI persona. We may also include optional responses for the speaker.

 

By default, all scripts are marked as required, indicating that they are mandatory for assessing the Progress Milestone. We can save the scripts and save the context to apply the scripts to the conversation.

Adding Scripts to all Milestones are optional. For Progress Milestones without Scripts, A.I will generate Scripts based on Context.

 

We can view the Scripts in Practice mode when Script support is selected.

Scoring is based on how closely the trainees' answers match the generated script.
