A Topic is a role-play conversation subject the user interacts in practice. Creating a Topic is not a mandatory part of a Course but it will help you customize the Artificial Intelligence to have conversations similar to topics with real life customers or clients. All created Topics are stored under the Repository. Thus a Topic can be created/edited in two ways:
- While creating a Course
- In the Repository
While creating a Course, simply click the "Create New" button in Topics section, directing you to enter the topic for discussion
In the Repository, simply click the "Create" button in Topic section, which will also you to enter the topic for discussion
You can any Topic you want the members to practice. These could be objections that you constantly face while pitching your product, negotiation strategies, pricing etc.
Some examples include
- “We need a supplier closer to our location”
- “We have never heard of your company before”
- “How can you guarantee the quality of the product?”
- “Your prices are higher than competitors”
To edit a Topic in the Repository, click on actions and select Edit from the dropdown
To edit a Topic during Course creation, click on Edit or to duplicate click Clone
