A Persona is a role-play character the user interacts in practice. Creating a Persona is not a mandatory part of a Course but it will help you customize the Artificial Intelligence to closely resemble real life customers or clients for training. All created Personas are stored under the Repository. Thus a Persona can be created/edited in two ways:
- While creating a Course
- In the Repository
While creating a Course, simply click the "Create New" button in Persona section, directing you to the "Persona Builder" pop-up.
In the Repository, simply click the "Create" button in Persona section, which will also direct you to the "Persona Builder" pop-up.
In the Persona Builder pop-up, there are two ways to build a Persona.
- Real Person: Here you can upload the best webpage which characterizes that person. For example, a LinkedIn profile page will be an excellent choice for real people. You can also add additional characteristics along with the link
- Fictional Person: Here you can type out all the characteristics you want the persona to have. You can also click on “Give me an example!” to generate a guiding example for sample Persona.
Once satisfied with uploading files or text input click “Go” button to generate a Persona. It will take approximately 60-90s to generate a complete Persona.
The Persona generated will have 6 different parts based on your input and are easy to edit by directly clicking on text fields.
- Persona Name
- Title
- Company Name
- Voice
- Description
- Generated Persona Attributes
To select voice, simply click on the dropdown to reveal all the voices available for the Persona. You can play and choose any as per your need.
You can also customize your Persona even further by writing in the Description. For example, use of words such as “curt”, “rude”, “evasive” etc will create a Persona with these characteristics.
After you're satisfied with your creation, click 'Save Persona' to save it. If you're not, click the close icon at the top right corner to cancel
To edit a Persona in the Repository, click on actions and select Edit from the dropdown
