A Context is a role-play scenario which establishes the situation and the goal of the conversation between the user and the artificial intelligence persona. Contexts form the mandatory part of a Course and all created Contexts are stored under the Repository. Thus a Context can be created/edited in two ways:
1. While creating a Course
2. In the Repository
While creating a Course, simply click the "Create New" button in Context section, directing you to the "Context Builder" pop-up.
In the Repository, simply click the "Create" button in Context section, which will also direct you to the "Context Builder" pop-up.
In the Context Builder pop, there are two ways by which you can build a Context.
1. From Upload: By uploading files (Documents, Audio and Video) that describe the conversation, with which the tool with transcribe and create a context.
2. Typing out the scenario by text
If you need help of how to write a context, click on Give me an example to generate a guiding example of sample Context.
Once satisfied with uploading files or text input click “Go” button to generate a Context. It will take approximately 60s to generate a complete Context.
The Context generated will have 4 different parts based on your input and are easy to edit by directly clicking on text fields.
- Name
- Description
- Instructions to the A.I - Here you can instruct the A.I persona how to respond during role-play practice
- Progress Milestones - Milestones are an important part of the Context and guides the user to achieve them for a successful practice
Note that if you aren’t satisfied with what is generated, you can re-generate a Context by clicking on Try Again?
To modify milestones, simply click directly on the cards. You can also rearrange them using the handles located on the right side, allowing you to structure the conversation practice according to your preferences. A Target milestone represents the primary progress marker; once completed, users achieve a WIN for the practice session.
After you're satisfied with your creation, click 'Save Context' to save it. If you're not, click the close icon at the top right corner to cancel.
To edit a Context in the Repository, click on actions and select Edit from the dropdown.
To edit a Context during Course creation, click on Edit or to duplicate click Clone
