How do I create / edit a Course?

In Brevity, a Course is a structured sequence of role-play scenarios designed to train sales team members in specific sales skills, improve their ability to close deals, and ultimately increase revenue. Each Course is composed of a series of customizable elements and activities that enable a comprehensive and interactive training experience.

These Courses are utilized to generate Assignments, which in turn serve as role-play exercises for teams. You can create, edit, archive and delete courses under Courses section in the side navigation bar.

To create a new course, simply click the "Create Course" button, directing you to the "Create New Course" page.

A Course consists of three key components: Contexts, Topics, and Personas. You have the option to either create (Create New button), select existing elements or edit, tailoring them to your company's specifications to customize your role-play.

You can edit or duplicate any of Contexts, Topics and Personas by selecting on the options Edit and Clone which will take you to a builder pop-up.

Contexts are mandatory while Topics and Personas are optional. If not selected, Topics and Personas, are selected by artificial intelligence based on context and randomized during practice.

After customizing the Course, you can Review them and finally click Create Course button to complete the task.

To edit an existing Course, click on 'actions' to reveal a dropdown menu, then select 'Edit' to access the page where you can edit Contexts, Personas, and Topics
